  This is a private system operated for St. Luke's company business. It is intended for authorized St. Luke's employees, physicians, and contractors only. All St. Luke's Information Management policies and procedures must be strictly followed. Use by unauthorized persons is prohibited and may result in civil and/or criminal liability and prosecution. Remote Access 2010 consists of several new components:
  • Support for Windows 7 and Firefox web browsers
  • Security Tokens to replace client certificates
  • Updated RASPortal website
  • Updated Citrix Client
     Remote Access 2010 also features a new streamlined installation process:
  1. Click to Connect
  2. Minimum requirements are verified (if ok, user will NOT see this page)
  3. Security Token is verified (if not installed, user will see an installation wizard similar to before)
  4. Login page appears (page colors have changed dramatically, but functions the same)

First-Time Users/Computers:
Whether or not this is your first time using this system, the only button required is the "Click to Connect" button at the bottom of this page. The system will automatically detect your browser settings, and prompt you to install a security token if you do not have one. For complete instructions, view the documentation.
